This 1979 International Harvester Scout II is a right-hand-drive example that was originally used as a postal vehicle. It has since undergone an extensive restoration and custom build that included body repairs, BMW Iconic Silver paint, a satin-black powder-coated frame, a modernized interior, and numerous mechanical upgrades.

Power comes from a 5.3-liter Vortec V8 paired with a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission featuring a performance shift kit and external fluid cooler. A rebuilt NP241C dual-range transfer case sends power to the overhauled front and rear differentials. Additional equipment includes headers, a TIG-welded stainless-steel exhaust system with Borla ProXS mufflers, and a custom 33-gallon fuel tank.

This Scout rides on a lifted suspension with Bilstein shocks, rear leaf springs, and a steering stabilizer. PSC power steering and hydro-boosted four-wheel disc brakes with a Wilwood master cylinder improve drivability and stopping performance. 17-inch Black Rock wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires, while a matching spare is carried on the swing-away rear carrier.

Inside, the cabin features black Corbeau bucket seats, charcoal square-weave carpeting, a microsuede headliner, and custom stainless-steel dashboard and door panels. Additional amenities include r134 air conditioning, power windows and locks, LED interior lighting, AutoMeter gauges, and a Pioneer touchscreen receiver connected to an upgraded audio system.
