2005 Lotus Elise

This Lotus Elise is an amazing little sports car that has a raw-driving experience and gorgeous exotic car styling. These are great budget-priced exotic cars, except with the added benefit of its reliability. This Lotus is equipped with some nice upgrades like a GRP Cup-R aero kit, a custom one-off pearlescent orange paint job and an adjustable suspension system.

This 2005 Lotus Elise is powered by a mid-mounted transverse 1.8-liter inline-four that is rated at 190 horsepower and 133 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a C64 six-speed manual transaxle. All of this mounted onto an aluminum chassis offers unmatched agility, handling and performance that will bring an ear to ear smile.

Aftermarket XXR 572 17″ wheels are mounted with Lotus center caps. Yokohama Neova 235/40 rear and 215/40 front tires were mounted in 2022. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with slotted rotors out back. The single adjuster knob Nitron suspension on the car includes adjustable shocks and blue Nitron springs. This suspension allows you to adjust 24 levels on the fly for both compression and rebound.

This Lotus has been finished in a beautiful pearlescent Lamborghini orange over a black leather interior. This car has been modified with a GRP Cup-R front splitter, a GRP Cup-R rear wing, a GRP Cup-R rear diffuser, GRP Cup-R side skirts and a yellow front tow hook. A removable soft top, a color-matching hard top roof panel, and air conditioning are additional details. Although the paint on the car shows great overall the seller does note some various rock chips and paint imperfections that are visible on the front body panels.

Step inside the cockpit to find yourself surrounded by a minimalist yet purposeful interior. The race style bucket seats are trimmed in black leather with black suede inserts. Upgraded Kenwood speakers are fitted along with a Bluetooth Pioneer stereo with built in phone holder for easy adjustments. The leather wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer.
