1969 Ford Mustang

This 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback was modified under previous ownership with the installation of a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 and a 4-speed automatic transmission as well as custom bodywork, four-wheel disc brakes, coilover suspension, staggered-Foose wheels, power-side mirrors, power-adjustable front bucket seats, push-button start, power windows, air conditioning, and an aftermarket stereo system. The car is refinished in orange with silver stripes. All work is said to have been completed around 2021, and the current owner acquired the car in 2022.

The car is refinished in Tangerine Orange and has silver center stripes on the hood and decklid. Custom bodywork includes rocker panel and lower quarter panel extensions, flush-mounted front and rear vents, a rear spoiler, and a flush-mounted rear bumper. Additional details include a hood scoop, Mustang S550-sourced power side mirrors, a mesh grille with fog lights, a front spoiler, rear window louvers, and dual exhaust outlets exiting through the rear valance.

Staggered Foose 17″ & 18″ wheels are mounted with 245/40 front and 335/30 rear BFGoodrich G-Force tires. The car is equipped with power steering, power brakes and front and rear coilovers. The chassis has been fitted with Detroit Speed Quadra link suspension in the rear and a Heists Pro G front suspension set up. Braking is handled by Baer disc brakes on all four corners with four piston calipers and cross-drilled and slotted rotors.

The cabin was refurbished and features Mustang S550-sourced power bucket seats upholstered in black leather with gray microsuede inserts. Additional interior modifications include push-start ignition button, a B&M floor-mount shifter, a custom headliner with map lights, a rear-view mirror backup camera, power windows, an aftermarket air conditioning system, and an Alpine stereo with aftermarket speakers and subwoofers. The custom Billet three-spoke steering wheel frames aftermarket instrumentation. The odometer shows 83 miles, all which have been acquired since the build was complete.

The 5.0-liter Coyote V8 is said to have been sourced from a 2015 Mustang. The engine is housed within a smoothed and tucked engine bay and is equipped with a Canton Racing Products oil pan, a dual Borla exhaust system, a color matched orange and silver intake manifold cover, and chrome coil covers. The battery was relocated to the trunk. Power is routed to the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission and a Traction-Lok differential said to be fitted with 3.91:1 gears.

The car's VIN is consistent with a 1969 Mustang Fastback assembled in San Jose, California, that was originally equipped with a 351 Windsor V8. The trim tag is missing and the clean Montana title has the car labeled as an Antique.
