1974 Porsche 914 2.0

1974 914 2.0 Wide Body

This 914 has been modified with 914-GT steel Flares and 2.0L engine has higher compression and high performance cam with dual EMPI Weber Carburetors, Bosch 009 Distributor, Exhaust Headers and Deep Oil slump. The car is hooked up to a 5 speed, clutch works good and shifter bushings have been replaced, new wheels and tires. You can see on the roll bar stickers show this car was raced in San Francisco Gold Gate Region SCCA during the late 80s and early 90s.

Suspension- Has been modified for better handling and track use. Koni Adjustable shock absorber front and rear, urethane bushings in most suspension parts, heavier duty anti sway bar in front, heavy duty rear springs and the car has been lowered slightly. The handling is very firm and neutral as it should be on a 914.

Front end rotors machined, calipers rebuilt, New wheel bearings, comp brake pads, stainless steel braided hoses.

Rear, New rotors, calipers rebuilt, new wheel bearings, new comp pads, new master cylinder and steel braided lines.

Body flares were installed a long time ago and the body is very straight but the paint is gone on the top side. The flares appear to be cloned correctly and show no signs of rusting or bad installation. The only rust spots on this car are by the passenger seat, a small hole where the center bar for the roll cage meets the floor. The car does need a new windshield and window and door seals. Front tub looks great with no signs of rust.

Interior Needs work

accessories all Lights work correctly and windshield wipers are in good working order.
